During my 5th semester, I designed a software for the Dräger Maintenance department. Dräger is a worldwide operating company, develloping and selling medical and safety equipment for clinical settings, industry, mining and emergency services. They‘re also offering the maintenance of their products, but aren‘t quite happy with the established service design. That‘s why they asked mkh for a corporation and for one semester, a number of students was invited to learn everything about their products and the services around them. With that knowledge we started develloping several „Visions of Maintenance“. My goal, was to use the benefits of live messeging, internet telephony and cloud computing, to create a service software for staff and clients.
